I’ve been working with Tanvi for the past month. Tanvi is super knowledgeable and understands how to treat my back injury. The exercises she has recommended have really helped and she’s really good at demonstrating them. Tanvi has given me a treatment plan and closely monitors the progress I’m making with me. I’d highly recommend her to anyone dealing with injuries!Posted on Google![]()

I've been working with Boost Physio Kensington over the past three months for some back issues, and I honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. My physiotherapist, Tanvi, has been fantastic from the very beginning – so lovely, friendly and genuinely attentive. She really takes the time to understand how things are progressing and tailors the exercises and treatment accordingly, adapting everything as I improve. What really stands out is her knowledge and understanding of the body. She seems to instinctively know exactly where to focus and what needs doing, and I always come away feeling I'm in very capable hands. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, caring and brilliant physiotherapist, I'd highly recommend Boost Physio Kensington.Posted on Google![]()

I saw Katy for 6 months for chronic achilles tendonitis in both legs and am very pleased with the results! Before seeing Katy I was getting a sharp burning pain from the Achilles to the bottom of the calf when walking. The backs of my legs were so tight I had to walk on tip toes when I got up in the morning and I couldn't do any jumping/dancing. Working with Katy, we covered a wide range of exercises, changing things up every week. I really appreciated Katy's holistic approach to recovery: we looked at exercises, different tools (ankle weights, bosu balance boards), change in shoes and insoles and general modifications to my daily exercise regimen. I also went for a course of Shockwave therapy at Boost Hampstead with the lovely Maddie, at Katy's recommendation. This was very helpful in accelerating my recovery. 6 months later, I can do all my plyometrics and can walk 15km distances with no pain. The exercises we did have helped improve my overall balance and I have been able to resume all my favourite activities. Thank you Katy and Maddie for your help getting me to a pain free and active state again!Posted on Google![]()

I was very pleased with the treatment from Zoe Katz at Boost Physio. She carefully reviewed every aspect of my pain and tailored both the treatment and exercises to my specific needs. The hands-on approach was excellent, and I saw real benefits from it. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and effective physiotherapist.Posted on Google![]()

My 8 year old son has been seeing Simran for a couple of months. She has a really lovely style that he warmed to instantly - she explains what’s going on but with reassurance that she can help. His sessions and the exercises he does at home have helped his pain, and have also brought awareness to his body and movementPosted on Google![]()

This is the second time I've been back to see Annie McCambridge as she was so great last time! Despite me being uncertain of my problem, she patiently asked lots of questions and was able to diagnose me quickly and confidently. I felt cared for and understood, and the problem is already feeling better! Looking forward to getting started with the exercises she has assigned me so I can show her my progressPosted on Google![]()

I saw Rebecca Mulvaney who is a chartered physiotherapist at Boost Physio. Rebecca was very professional, understood my problem immediately and gave me some exercises to address it. I had every confidence in Rebecca and felt very positive as a result of her advice. I will certainly consult Rebecca again as well as recommend her to other people seeking a physiotherapist.Posted on Google![]()

Rebecca has helped me recover from a lateral meniscal tear in my knee. She provided good exercises and checked I was able to do them. I had a hiccup in my treatment and she made the right call for me to revisit the consultant who confirmed the tear had got worse and I needed an operation. With further treatment from Rebecca I am now well on the road to recovery.Posted on Google![]()

I had a fantastic experience with Sarah Shamia at the Hendon branch. Having seen 5 specialists recently for my back issues, she was the only one who was able to provide me with a concrete diagnosis, which of course is essential for fixing the issue. In addition to clearly being very knowledgeable and good at her job, I really got the sense that she took my problems seriously and genuinely cared about helping me get back to health. The fact that she clearly also enjoys her job, makes all the difference for any professional excelling at what they do. I look forward to continuing my treatment with her.Posted on Google![]()

Simran was brilliant, quickly identified and isolated the issue and pain I was in. She worked her magic and already 10 minutes after leaving I already feel better! Followed up promptly with some great videos of exercises that she walked me through in our session. Highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

Rebecca did my physio over six months after an ACJ reconstruction. I started with very little movement and wasn't convinced I'd get much of it back. In the first session she asked about the operation, my job and what I needed to be able to do again, and the plan she put together was built around that. She pushed me when I could take it and eased off when I couldn't. She always explained what each exercise was for and changed the programme week to week as things improved. The hands-on work helped a lot, and the home exercises were simple enough that I actually did them. Six months on, I've got back movement and strength I'd more or less written off. If you're facing an ACJ reconstruction or any shoulder surgery, I'd recommend her for post operation recover.Posted on Google![]()

Micki Hammond at Boost Physio, Hendon, is amazing. She has been so attentive to my elderly father after his spinal surgery, as well as helping him manage his pain and prepare for hip surgery. She spent quality investigative time to come up with a detailed game plan, which we really appreciated. She is patient, kind and encouraging, and her expertise and skill are clear in the care she provides. She is making a real difference during a difficult time. We’re very grateful for her support and looking forward to continued sessions.Posted on Google![]()

I have been seeing Jolene at Boost Physio for several months for headaches, posture issues, and neck pain. She has been absolutely amazing! She always took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and was extremely understanding and professional. Her level of knowledge is incredible, and I noticed a huge difference after just one or two sessions. The clinic always had a very warm and lovely environment. I am so grateful for all her help and heartfully recommend Jolene to everyone!Posted on Google![]()

Kate was absolutely brilliant. I only had one session with her but she was so much more detailed than any other physiotherapists I've seen and really gave me advice to my specific history and goals. She seems like the person to go for if you have a tendon or running related injury.Posted on Google![]()
