I had been suffering with a chronic headache for over 2 months, countless GP visits as well as scans, nothing helped. I was put on stronger and stronger painkillers with no effect whatsoever. I finally decided to go down the physio route and stumbled upon boost physio and Steven Berkman. I was pretty hesitant at first but after my very first session Steven had pinpointed the cause of my headache and started off with a round of dry needling, I had 2 more sessions after this with some acupuncture too. After my second appointment the headache had completely gone! I honestly felt like I had my life back, this was over a month ago now and my headache has not returned. I would highly recommend Steven and boost physio to anybody. 10/10
