I saw Katy at Boostphysio following a long term problem with my hamstring. Over several weeks Katy provided excellent physio sessions accompanied by a bespoke set of exercises. My knee is now completely recovered, I am pain free and my sleep is considerably improved as a result. I cannot recommend Katy highly enough
