Tyrone has been really amazing. I booked him in at the earliest opportunity after lockdown as my back pain had really flared up. He gave me really great physio and manipulation treatment that alleviated the pain, but also gave very clear and concise information and exercises to do as homework. I\’ve had a few sessions with him since and has noticed a progressive improvement in my strength and my back feels much better. 5 stars all round.
