What we help with in Elstree

Most people who come to see us in Elstree are in pain and want to know two things: what's wrong and how long it'll take to fix. Here are the problems we see most often, each with a full guide if you'd like to read more first.

Back pain and sciatica

Slipped discs, trapped nerves and that low back pain that won't settle. Hands-on treatment plus exercises that actually fit your day.

Knee pain

Ligament injuries, arthritis and rehab after knee surgery or a knee replacement.

Shoulder pain

Rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder, impingement and rehab after shoulder surgery.

Neck pain and headaches

Desk-related stiffness, whiplash and headaches that start in your neck.

Hip pain and hip replacement

From stiff, sore hips to getting you walking confidently again after surgery.

Women's health and the Mummy MOT

Pelvic floor problems, pain in pregnancy and a detailed postnatal check with Catriona.

Achilles and heel pain

Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis and heel pain that's worst first thing in the morning.

Ankle sprains

Getting you back on your feet and stopping that ankle going over again.

Tennis elbow

Whether it's from tennis, padel or a mouse, we'll find the cause and settle it down.

Your first appointment in Elstree

  1. We listen first: your physio asks about your symptoms, your health and what you want to get back to doing.
  2. A proper hands-on assessment: we look for the cause of your pain, not just where it hurts.
  3. A clear plan: you leave knowing what's wrong, how many sessions you're likely to need and what you can do at home.
  4. Treatment usually starts that day: hands-on treatment, exercise rehab or taping, depending on what you need.

You don't need a GP referral. If you're using health insurance, bring your authorisation number and we'll deal with your insurer for you.
