I highly recommend Alice for her support with getting me back to full health after a total hip replacement.
She has done a variety of rehabilitation techniques with me including hydrotherapy, mobility work, strengthening, hands on work and gym based exercises! I am confidently getting on and off the floor, swimming and walking much further than I was before!
