Here is our 3min Desk Workout for you to do to help improve posture and reduce repetitive strain.

Simply do these exercises which should take you 3 minutes when you are spending more than 1-2 hours at your desk.  We have designed this programme to improve posture, reduce the ill effects of being sedentary at a desk for many hours and to alleviate repetitive strain problems.
