Catriona has a passion for helping people regain their strength, mobility and return to sport.Catriona completed an undergraduate degree in Sports Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire, followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy at Brunel University London.
Catriona grew up in Dubai where she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. Outside of work, Catriona enjoys strength training and playing netball for her local club.

I was introduced to the physiotherapy profession after injuring my ankle playing netball. I was fascinated in learning about the human body, healing processes and enjoyed working with my physiotherapist, to rehabilitate my ankle and get back to playing netball.
Special Interests: I have a special interest in sports injuries, particularly knee and shoulder injuries, as well as pregnancy related conditions and pelvic health. Prior to joining Boost Physio, I worked for the NHS, where I completed a rotation in pelvic health. I learnt very quickly that I love to support women in building their confidence and help improve their symptoms.
