Otis Barton-Black's Approach to Treatment

Otis takes a collaborative and proactive approach to treatment, believing that understanding why you're experiencing pain is an important part of recovery. He works with each patient to build a treatment plan around their goals, lifestyle and routine, combining manual therapy, including deep tissue massage, dry needling and joint mobilisation, with targeted exercise rehabilitation. The aim is not simply temporary relief, but giving patients the knowledge, confidence and tools to manage their own recovery and prevent problems from holding them back.

"Having recovered from injuries myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when pain or injury stops you from doing the things you enjoy. My goal is for every patient to understand their pain, feel confident in their recovery and leave with the tools they need to get back to doing what they love."
