Hands-on physiotherapy in Hampstead
We don't hand you a sheet of exercises and send you on your way. Your physio will use their hands to assess and treat you, alongside the exercises that keep you better. Here's what that looks like with our Hampstead team.

What we help with in Hampstead
Most people who walk through our door on Holly Hill are in pain and want to know two things: what's wrong and how long it'll take to fix. Here are the problems we see most often in Hampstead, each with a full guide if you'd like to read more first.
Back pain and sciatica
Slipped discs, trapped nerves and that low back pain that won't settle. Hands-on treatment plus exercises that actually fit your day.
Knee pain
Runner's knee, ligament injuries, arthritis and rehab after knee surgery or a knee replacement.
Running injuries
Shin splints, runner's knee and Achilles problems from training on the hills and uneven paths of Hampstead Heath.
ACL injuries
Rehab before and after ACL reconstruction, with a structured plan to get you back to sport.
Shoulder pain
Rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder, impingement and rehab after shoulder surgery.
Neck pain and headaches
Desk-related stiffness, whiplash and headaches that start in your neck.
Women's health
Pelvic floor problems, leaking, pain in pregnancy and the Mummy MOT postnatal check, with Madeleine, our women's health physio.
Hip pain and hip replacement
From stiff, sore hips to getting you walking confidently again after surgery.
Achilles and heel pain
Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis and heel pain that's worst first thing in the morning.
Shockwave therapy
For stubborn tendon problems like plantar fasciitis, Achilles pain and tennis elbow, usually alongside an exercise plan.
Your first appointment in Hampstead
- We listen first: your physio asks about your symptoms, your health and what you want to get back to doing.
- A proper hands-on assessment: we look for the cause of your pain, not just where it hurts.
- A clear plan: you leave knowing what's wrong, how many sessions you're likely to need and what you can do at home.
- Treatment usually starts that day: hands-on treatment, exercise rehab, taping or shockwave, depending on what you need.
You don't need a GP referral. If you're using health insurance, bring your authorisation number and we'll deal with your insurer for you.
