The physios here are excellent. Sadly the founder has an appaling attitude to customer care. I did comment about this when I started using Boost in November 2024 when I had a great physio but dealing with “head office” was terrible. And it was made worse by an appaling call from Steve, the founder of Boost.

I cahnged physios to Tyrone in about April 2025 and he has been fantastic and sorted out all the admin issues and I thought this was well in the past.

However, I had a long-standing appointment cancelled because Tyrone had to go to a meeting with Steve, the founder of Boost, and clearly Steve decided that a meeting with him should displace a customer physio session. Why was I surprised?

I was referred by Bupa to Boost Physio in Hendon with an anchilles tendon strain that was preventing me from playing Padel. Aaran was excellent throughout my five sessions. Very happy to recommend them.
