I am passionate about physio as I believe it plays an important role in recovery, performance enhancement, and long-term well-being.

I enjoy working with a range of clients to achieve their goals —whether it’s addressing general aches and pains, recovering from sports-related injuries, or undergoing post-op rehab.

Recently I completed a HYROX event- so I know what it is like to push oneself physically and mentally.

I recently moved to London and have been working in private practice. I graduated with a post grad in physiotherapy from Edinburgh. Prior to this I spent 5 years working as a nurse in the NHS.
