Soma Fershi's Approach to Treatment
Soma's approach combines hands-on treatment, education, exercise rehabilitation and progressive strength training, tailored to each individual. Drawing on her background in personal training and Sports Therapy, she particularly enjoys helping patients move beyond simply becoming pain-free, building the strength, confidence and resilience needed to return to training, sport and everyday life. She also has a developing interest in women's health and the role physiotherapy and exercise can play in supporting women through different stages of life.
Outside of physio, I enjoy weight training, cycling and hiking, as well as travelling, discovering new food and spending time with family and friends.
