Poor posture affects both the neck, shoulders, upper back and lower back and can lead to pain in these areas.
Begin with 10 repetitions, holding each one for 5 seconds initially. Gradually progress to holding for 10 seconds. Repeat the whole set of exercises.
After 1-2 weeks aim to do this exercise 20 times holding for 10seconds. Repeat the whole set. See your posture improve!
