I am a positive and passionate physiotherapist who loves to help people achieve their health-related goals, whether it is to reduce and eliminate pain, getting back on their feet after surgery, or returning to their sporting performance at the highest level. I strive to provide the best possible evidence-based care to help patients not just return to their pre-injury activity level, but far exceed this and become the best version of themselves.

• Full-time senior physio based in Kensington W8 and Swiss Cottage NW3 branches.
• Worked as part of an elite performance and medical department at Norwich City Football Club (2018 – 2021).
• MSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University.
• BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University.
• Qualified in sports and deep tissue massage.
• Special interest in sports injuries, running biomechanics and high-level sports rehabilitation.
