After sustaining an full ACL tear to my right knee Boost Physio have been instrumental in my recovery. They got me ready for surgery with a prehab programme and then detailed post op rehab programme that was easy to understand and undertake. Both Tom Steadman and Alice Matravers marshalled me through my recovery with a clear structure, lots of patience and had excellent knowledge of my injury. They communicated well with my surgeon which helped hugely and thankfully I can now participate in sports.
