I have been having weekly sessions with Micki she has been so amazing ! Micki is so professional and helpful. She has helped me with really painful neck and shoulder pain and has explained all of the excercises thoroughly, she has told me what to do so I am able to do the excercise independently and more confidently. With Micki’s help hopefully I will be able to manage the pain better and it will continue to get better . I highly reccomend Micki and boost physio!
