I was referred to Steven by my surgeon following a foot operation and many subsequent complications. It’s safe to say I was struggling a lot with not being able to do much and had lost the confidence to push myself due to fear of further injury. Steven has helped me on the road to recovery each session having a positive outcome. Each time he explained the next steps that helped me understand better what to do, the exercise sheets I received by email were great at keeping me on the right path. He has been very supportive and encouraging and I have made excellent progress. The service from the whole team has been friendly and efficient. I would (and have done!) recommend them to anyone!
