In only 6 sessions Steven really helped improve my back and neck pain and general mobility. Extremely professional service in as safe an environment as you can get in these Covid times. It’s been approx three weeks since completing my course of treatment and all the stretching, massaging & pumelling really seems to have paid off. Now that I am so much more flexible and in less pain I am now following up with a specialist for further assessment/possible treatment. It was important for me to try physio first before going down the hospital route. I’m glad I did and I would highly recommend Steven as a first point of contact for any pain management. I will certainly be using him again moving forward if I have to.
