Following a serious injury back in October 2020, I underwent major surgery to rebuild my right hip socket. By February 2021 I was given the go ahead to start physio, which is when my journey with Boost Physio in East Finchley began. My first appointment saw me hobble in on a walking frame and within a few sessions with Tosin, I no longer needed to even use crutches. I’m now back walking, driving and working again, which has been down to a lot of hard work from Tosin and myself. She has been a real mentor and the great progress I have made has only been possible through her guidance and how she has pushed me to push myself. I have now been discharged from her care and whilst I will never be completely pain-free, I have got my life back fully. Tosin and Boost Physio were key to delivering such a great outcome.
