James NG the physiotherapist at Boost Physio Elstree where I go twice a week has instilled my confidence and improved my knee recovery. I had excellent rehab abroad following total knee replacement and was worried if my knee recovery would fall back. I need not have worried. James is a very skilful physiotherapist, stretching me to continue to bend my knee more and more often without pain. When I have fallen back on my exercises that he has suggested (they are really good) he seriously and in a nice way, encourages you to be more determined and motivated at home. He has good patient understanding and excellent communication. I started off one hour session twice a week session with James (which was really useful) and have now bought 5 session half hour package. I know that I will need more physiotherapy and will buy more to continue to improve my knee. It is worth investing! Thank YOU James for excellent Physiotherapy and to the Admin staff who are super in handling the invoices and queries.
