Alice’s treatment of my shoulder/rotator cuff pain was excellent. This review of her great professionalism has been a long time coming due to that fact my journey of recovery has taken time. Taking on her advice and executing the bespoke exercises needed has only been positive to regain pain free strength. Alongside a careful strength programme I’ve been under consistent with for over 6 months, I now feel truly confident my shoulders are getting only stronger with more pain. Thank you Alice.
