I went to Boost with a sports related knee injury which been getting progressively worse. I was seen within 48hrs by James Ng who gave a thorough and detailed explanation of the diagnosis as well as an exercise plan. We had regular appointments to check my progress and for James to administer treatment.
Within 6 weeks I was back to playing sports, I had honestly thought it would be much longer and the speedy recovery is testament to James’ efforts in helping me.
I was especially grateful for his honesty and openness, when he felt I no longer needed treatment and could fully return to sports he told me so.
I highly recommend James and Boost, and would not hesitate to go back in future should I have any other injuries.
