Steven Berkman is the best physio I have ever worked with. When I first went to him I was convinced I needed surgery to my hip before I could return to the sports I love and was scared I may never get there.
He formed a partnership with me and helped me be patient and take progressive steps towards agreed goals he knew were important motivators for me. It was not a linear journey but he helped me stay focused on my ever improving progress with clear steps at every stage. Having feared I may never run or play tennis again I am ecstatic to feel strong enough to confidently enjoy my sport again and am glad I listened to and trusted him rather than rushing under the knife which I now believe would have been a big mistake. I am hugely grateful for his professional and practical help at every stage and cannot recommend him enough.
