Boost Physio is fantastic. I have seen Alice there, and my appointments with her have exceeded my expectations. I experience pain on the side of my back when I awake, and at each session Alice evaluates the situation, and then massages the area is such a way that my muscles relax, and the area is less painful. Alice then gives me exercises to strengthen the muscles, demonstrating them herself and observing me to check that I’m doing them correctly. The exercises are working and I haven’t needed to see her in a while.
