I am a keen swimmer. Marcus Mangan at Boost recently treated me for a very painful shoulder, neck and upper arm. Four sessions with him over eight weeks, which involved deep tissue massage and a daily exercise regime, have sorted the problem, and now that lock-down has ended I can swim again.
