A year ago I’d been limping around for a couple of months from pain and stiffness in my ankle. It was getting worse; I needed an expert. To avoid waiting lists I looked for a physio in my area. I found Tyrone at Boost Physio in Cricklewood on the website – there were lots of positive reviews. Booking was easy and quick. Tyrone was amazing. He quickly found the problem, worked & melted away tendon stiffness plus knots in my muscles, gave me exercise homework, and it all paid off. I was discharged after a few weeks and a year later I’m pain free and finally achieved my goal of running 5K. Highly recommend Tyrone a brilliant physio.
