At the end of October 2020, I had a serious fall that resulted in fractured right hip socket. It was pretty bad and following surgery and two months non-weight bearing, I began physio with Tosin in East Finchley. Today my recovery is going well – there’s more to be done of course, but I’m back walking and have returned to work. My pain is largely gone – getting better week by week. I have no doubt that without face-to-face input, despite these Covid times, all of this would just not have been possible. My fall was life transforming in itself and Tosin has helped me to rebuild it back. Forever grateful.
