i went to marcus mangan in hampstead
he was immediately welcoming and most importantly listened to what my problem was with lower back
he then gave appropriate stretches and demonstrated and let me trial them .patiently explained what i was not doing right.he was most encouraging
as weeks went he tweaked stretches as i improved and got into my head so that now on daily basis wouldnt think of not carrying on what i need to do !
i was most impressed with him and would not hesitate to recommend him (or go back to him if needed in future)
