I had three sessions with Tom to clear up what seemed to be a mobility problem with my left leg. Lack of any significant progress led him to refer me to an orthopaedic surgeon, who diagnosed that I needed a hip replacement, which I have subsequently had. I am grateful for his prompt referral – another physio might well have prolonged the treatment just in case.
